TERMS & CONDITIONS
By agreeing to have your vehicle wrapped by Layers by HRS, you (the customer) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all vehicle wrap services provided by Layers by HRS.
All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The final price may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and any additional work required.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job and before the vehicle is released to the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in good condition before the wrap installation. Any existing damage, rust, or poor-quality paintwork must be disclosed to Layers by HRS prior to installation. Layers by HRS is not responsible for any damage to existing paint, rust, or clear coat that occurs as a result of the wrap installation or removal.
Layers by HRS will take all necessary precautions to ensure a high-quality installation. However, minor imperfections such as bubbles, seams, or slight color variations may occur and are considered normal in the vehicle wrap industry.
All wrap removals are quoted separately and charged by the hour for labor. Layers by HRS will not be responsible for any damage to paint, clear coat, or existing striping during the removal process. It is advised not to apply wraps on re-sprayed surfaces or poor quality/rusted paintwork as removal may cause damage.
The customer agrees to follow the care instructions provided by Layers by HRS to maintain the appearance and longevity of the wrap. This includes regular cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals, and not using automated car washes.
Layers by HRS is not liable for any damage to the vehicle or wrap due to accidents, vandalism, misuse, or other external factors beyond our control. The customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the vehicle after the wrap installation.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future booking if rescheduled within 30 days. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Upon completion, the customer will inspect the vehicle and sign off on the work done. Any issues or concerns must be addressed at the time of pick-up. Once the vehicle leaves the premises, Layers by HRS is not responsible for any subsequent damage or issues.
Layers by HRS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and at our premises.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where Layers by HRS operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the local jurisdiction.
